Terms & Conditions

Paying by Bank Transfer: You can avoid incurring credit card fees by paying by bank transfer. Please make your payment to our bank account: Sort Code 40-02-44, Account Number 71816993. Payment must be received within 24 hours of registration in order to secure your spot. Please reference Gala + your name.

Discounted Rates: You are entitled to the lowest available members rate if you are (1) a dues-paying club member, (2) member of the classes of 2019-21 (please sign up with your GSB email), or (3) in career transition (learn more about your benefits).

Guest Ticket Policy: Club members and those qualifying for a discounted rate are allowed to invite one non-alumni guest at the same rate. Alumni are not considered guests in club events, and are encouraged to join the club in order to qualify for a discount, or buy a non-member ticket.

Refund Policy: Refunds are available if requested 7 days or more prior to the gala date. Thereafter tickets are non-refundable but transferable to another person who qualifies for the ticket rate. For example, Club Member tickets are transferable to another club member or a non-alumni guest of a club member, or else the difference in ticket price must be paid.
