WINTER MEDITATION & FLOAT TANK AT FLOATHUB

Float Tank session followed by Guided Meditation, Wellness Discussion and optional meal at Redemption Bar.

As a Wellness Introduction in the new year, join us for a group Experiential Session where we participate in a float tank session, engage in a guided meditation with a meditation instructor, and discuss the boom of the wellness market.  We shall focus on float tanks and the sudden rise in popularity of atmospheric wellness.  Float tanks consist of floating in a pool filled with epsom salt, devoid of light, sound, and distractions.  They have amassed a devoted following, developing from a niche interest to become a more mainstream wellness option.  We shall explore how different sectors within wellness have built out successful businesses, contemplating drivers of this movement and the potential future of the market.

Whether you are an experienced floater or a first time novice, join us in a relaxing evening of wellness and lively discussion.

6.15 pm Half of group enters float tank for a 1 hour session, half of group engages in discussion about floating followed by guided meditation.
7.45 pm Groups switch
